ReSync Database.

This process refreshes the POSM database. It is needed to be run after updating POSM. It is also good to do periodically to keep the database trouble free. With POSM systems using a Microsoft Access database, all inspection versions and Workstation, resyncing will also create a backup and store it in the POSM\DataBackup folder.

ReSyncing rebuilds the SpecialFields table and calculates scores for all inspections in the database. With systems using Microsoft Access, it rebuillds every table from a blank database.
